I’ve definitely notice a difference I gained about 10 lbs so far

It’s only been a week and I’m noticing so much progress in my appetite! the only side effect is sleepiness within the first day or so, but it goes away I highly recommend taking them on a slow day for you where you are home doing nothing. Before starting I was 115lbs right now it’s been a week and I am at 120lbs my goal is 138-140lbs.. Im excited for the results
